March 6th update

I had this wonderful chicken salad for dinner.. It tasted like heaven..

This was my breakfast. This naked juice tastes AMAZING!! I was at little scared to try it. I LOVE IT!!

No fat? No Sodium?!



Dates. & My experience.....




Dates, well as you can see it says No fat, Sodium Free, No Cholesterol and Good Source of Dietary Fiber.
Dates is something very good to eat when fasting. It has natural fiber which means it helps make u full. When I drank my juice. I ended up drinking 2 glasses because I super hungry. I started to feel like my appetite opened up and I needed something else to eat. I ate 1 date. I was shocked on how sweet it tasted. But for some odd reason I didn't really like it. It was very new to me and this is also something I have to get used to. But that one date defiantly helped me stop craving. My cousin who's Muslim told me this is what she eats when fasting for Ramadan. She told me the website called HealthyMuslim.com, it defiantly have some interesting things on there. check it out for y'all selves.  

New Life. Starting March 5th.

So this now part of my daily life. I started today March 5th 2012, at 8:30pm.
I call this my "Green Machine". 
When I smelled the juice after I was done, I thought it smelled so good.
I was a bit nervous drinking it. But after I finish tasting it. I was very impressed and pleased.
I don't know if the juice made my appetite open up. But I was defiantly craving food. Maybe it was a psychological thing. But I ate a date for the first time; and I will defiantly make a separate Blog about how I 
felt eating that. This is defiantly something I have to get used to. I really want to stick through these ten days. 
I hope you guys can defiantly go through this journey with me. =D
