No fat? No Sodium?!



Dates. & My experience.....




Dates, well as you can see it says No fat, Sodium Free, No Cholesterol and Good Source of Dietary Fiber.
Dates is something very good to eat when fasting. It has natural fiber which means it helps make u full. When I drank my juice. I ended up drinking 2 glasses because I super hungry. I started to feel like my appetite opened up and I needed something else to eat. I ate 1 date. I was shocked on how sweet it tasted. But for some odd reason I didn't really like it. It was very new to me and this is also something I have to get used to. But that one date defiantly helped me stop craving. My cousin who's Muslim told me this is what she eats when fasting for Ramadan. She told me the website called HealthyMuslim.com, it defiantly have some interesting things on there. check it out for y'all selves.
